Payment Options
We
accept payment by cheque, money order, T/T (telegraphic transfer), or PayPal. You may also choose to pay using Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
If you send credit card information over the internet we can assure you
that the information is collected and kept in accordance with the best
practices for online shopping. All such information is encrypted and
stored on our secure server.
You may
send us your credit card details by fax or telephone but for your own
security we would advise you to NOT send your credit card details by
email (except via our secure internet site).
Prices, Duties and Charges
The
full price of each item is shown in New Zealand dollars. For
convenience, prices are also shown in $US. International orders are
charged in New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate prevailing at the
time payment is processed by our bank. Import duties and taxes that may
be imposed by countries outside New Zealand are the responsibility of
the purchaser. Duties are generally between 5% and 10%. Taxes,
including State/Country V.A.T. and consumption taxes vary from country
to country. Postage charges are detailed below.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your payment has been cleared we will promptly arrange dispatch.
Where payment is by credit card and items are in stock, this will
normally be within 3 working days. It may take longer to receive and
clear payments made by cheque or other means. We will advise you if
there is a delay in dispatch.
Deliveries within New Zealand
Deliveries within New Zealand are sent by Courier Post Trackpak. A
charge of $3.50 per order will be added to all orders up to a value of
NZ$1,500.00. For orders with a value above $1,500 we will contact you
to confirm delivery arrangements. Normal delivery time within New
Zealand is 1 - 2 days from dispatch. All items are sent in their
individual Opanui gift packaging (see About Us) and enclosed in a
protective courier pack.

Deliveries outside New Zealand
Deliveries to international addresses are made by New Zealand Post
International Express. All items are sent in their individual Opanui
gift packaging (see About Us) and enclosed in a protective courier
pack. The cost of shipping to
international destinations varies and charges are set out below. You
are reminded that import duties and taxes you may be liable for are not
included in the purchase price and are your responsibility, if imposed
by the country in which you take delivery of your purchase. Some goods
may not be available for purchase from some countries. If this is the
case we will contact you to let you know. Delivery time to most
international destinations will be 2-7 days from dispatch. We will calculate these charges and add them to your total. You will see the charge on the order confirmation email.
Track the status of your order
In the event that a product is out of stock we will let you know. We
will delay delivery at your option or deliver with a refund for
unavailable items. At our option we may deliver out of stock items when
available free of charge at a later date. When the goods are dispatched we will email you with a tracking number. Please advise us of any change to your email address.

Guarantees & Returns
You are welcome to return any faulty, damaged or unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt. Should you wish to return an item, please email us at info@opanui.co.nz with the order number in the order confirmation email we sent you and a
description of the problem. We will let you know how to return the
item. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Returned
goods must be in their Opanui gift box with their swing tag and inside
the Opanui delivery box. We will replace the item or refund your
payment (less shipping costs) at your choice upon receipt of the goods.
If we are unable to supply a replacement item we retain the option to
refund your payment.

Canceling an order
You can cancel your order prior to it being dispatched by emailing usat info@opanui.co.nz, quoting your order number. We will fully refund your payment.

you for the processing of this order will not be sold, traded or shared
with anyone. Opanui collects and keeps your information in accordance
with the best practices for online shopping. You are in a secure
environment. All exchanged information is encrypted and stored on our
