Opanui: Shapes of the Pacific grew out of our wish that there should be products with designs that embrace the South Pacific.

Opanui is the expression of that idea. It naturally evolved from Opal Pacific Ltd, an established fine jewellery manufacturer of 20 years standing.

Opanui sterling silver and gold jewellery is our chance to have fun with jewellery.

The founders of Opal Pacific Ltd were born in New Zealand, grew up in Fiji, spent years in Australia, and now travel all over the Pacific. They source shell, stone and pearls from all parts of the Pacific.

The Opanui team of over 20 people is made of many nationalities and languages, a cross-section of Auckland's multicultural population. These people are the source of many of the designs and ideas that make up the Opanui Collection.
